Michael is an Integrative Therapist meaning he believes that every client is unique and may therefore need different things from therapy. He has an openness to a variety of different therapies so that he is able to support his clients in a way which works best for them.

Michael has worked historically in both the private and charitable sectors gaining experience in working with grief, loss, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and relationships. Michael recognises the importance of and is passionate about providing an inclusive practice and has extensive experience in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals.
HOW IT WORKS
Therapy is designed to offer you a safe and confidential space to explore your issues and concerns as well any thoughts, feelings and behaviours associated with them so that you can get a better understanding of yourself as well as others. We would discuss your situation and goals for therapy as part of your consultation which would take place on zoom and should you wish to proceed, each session would be 50 minutes in length there after designed to address the issues raised in your consultation as well as anything else that may come up for you.
